Was Albert Griffith annoyed at being upstaged by a second-rate Santa? Witnesses saw Albert and Tricia McMillan get into an argument, and Joseph Spencer saw red stains on Albert's costume. Albert was also the last person to see Tricia McMillan alive, after Joseph Spencer left Tricia and Albert alone in the meeting room. Albert, however, claims that he and Tricia apologized to each other for arguing--and that she gave him the cookie that stained his costume. The killer was also a fan of holiday cookies, but the shoe print at the crime scene was from a men's size 10 shoe. Albert Griffith wears a size 12 shoe, as was noted in his case file. Albert couldn't have possibly fit into the shoes worn by the killer. Albert Griffith may have bad timing, but he's not a bad santa.
