When people think of flowers, they think of Spring. However, some flowers are at their peak in the Fall and Winter months. With our warm climate and mild winters, there are varieties that bloom most of the year. Gainesville is fortunate to have many flower societies, with monthly meetings and flower shows. Why not try a meeting? You’ll meet members of your community and pick up some gardening tips. Looking for something to do one weekend? Try a show and check out some beautiful plants and flowers.
