Dear Teens, Tweens, and Friends

Dear Teens, Tweens and Friends,
Oh how we miss seeing all of you at the High Springs Branch.  We hope all is well with you and your family.
So, school has started.  I certainly hope that everyone got off to a good start.
I imagined that it was kind of hard getting back into the swing of things after being out for five months. Yes, five months and some days, since I’ve seen most of you all.
I don’t know about you, but I am so ready to see each of you.
Hey, tell me, what are you doing about school?
Are you actually at a brick and mortar location or are you doing virtual school at home?
Regardless of where you are attending school, I just want to remind all of you that the High Springs Branch is still here, just not face to face.
As we have before COVID 19, the Alachua County Library District still offers something for everyone.  For the teens and tweens, oh boy, we have it all! Well, almost.
Need help with homework? It’s there! Need a good book to read? It’s there!
Are you bored? What about participating in the art show for ages 12-15 years old?
Now for you who can’t keep your mind from thinking about Halloween, try this craft.
You may want to ask your neighbors and relatives for their empty milk jugs so you can light up someone’s life.
Well, I guess I should end this letter and look for another craft. Feel free to drop me a line or two abrownwilliams@aclib.us

Hoping to see or hear from you soon.
Miss ya, Ms. Alyce
