If you know the movies to my soundtrack references give yourself 1000 brownie points! I'm not sure what's more cringe-worthy, the antics in these movies or the music that goes with it. There's just something about '80s comedy horror that thrills and excites but at the same time grosses you out with its special effects. Take "An American Werewolf in London." You've got two college guys backpacking through England. They reach a town and have a few drinks. The villagers warn them to stay off the moors. And of course, what do they do? They go walking into the moors and it's the middle of the night! One becomes the walking dead, while the other a werewolf. Watching him transform into a werewolf sent me hiding under a blanket. But I couldn't stop watching it. The movie's special effects are brilliant!
So, if you're willing to listen to '80s music, watch eye-popping horror special effects, and enjoy dark humor, I've got some movies for you!
