A boy's simple commands to his dog ("Sit", "Stay") escalate to absurd heights as the dog obligingly cooks and serves a meal, sails the pair to an island, builds a rocket, and visits an alien world. Sergio Ruzzier's muted watercolors provide a perfect illustration for his dreamy, silly story.
