May 21, Law in the Library Series: Child Support: Issues, Questions, and Procedures
Alachua County Library District is partnering with the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association to present the "Law in the Library Series," free presentations that provide legal information and services on pertinent topics.
On May 21, at 6 p.m., S. P. Stafford, Esq., Judicial Hearing Officer, will present the “Law in the Library Series” on Child Support: Issues, Questions, and Procedures, at Library Headquarters. This discussion will cover both traditional and current aspects of paternity and child support establishment, modification of child support, and enforcement through contempt. Questions will be welcomed and encouraged.
This session is free and open to the public and will be held at the Alachua County Library District Headquarters, 401 E. University Avenue, Room A, Gainesville.
